​Through my multiple hormonal imbalance diagnosis - which started off with self-diagnosis, I’ve learned that there common toxic foods and toxic psychology that exacerbate my negative physical state.


Stress == toxic psychology <- cortisol is the main hormone that cause fat gain -> high estrogen in bloodstream -> PCOS/endometriosis 


The holy grails of hormonal balance are:
